We invite you to join our community

With the Transformational Leadership Forum we have established an initiative that is designed to support visionary change-makers across industries working to address Environmental, Social and Governance issues within their communities. Each event with our top-class speakers discusses challenges that our society is facing.

The Transformational Leadership Forum is an initiative led by Hephzi Pemberton, Equality Group's Founder and CEO and friends who are passionate about sustainability. Through in-person or online events, we convene ‘pop-up ideas labs’ designed to help leaders working to address the global crises we face to hone their thinking, forge new connections and access funding. Think TED Talks-meets-Dragon’s Den, only with guests playing Dragons of the benevolent kind. The invitation to the audience is to use collective wisdom to help strengthen a speaker’s proposal and offer contacts or other forms of practical help.
