History
EG was founded in 2018 by Hephzi Pemberton, an award-winning entrepreneur, advisor, author, and angel investor, and began with a vision to elevate inclusive representation in Asset Management through Executive Search and Consulting services. Evolving from its initial focus, the company forged strong relationships with funds and their portfolio companies, expanding its services to encompass strategic consultancy support and comprehensive training programs.
From its inception, EG has distinguished itself as a data-driven and research-focused consultancy, drawing insights from critical academic research and forging strategic partnerships with leading funds. This approach involved continuous experimentation to identify and implement optimal Culture, Leadership and Inclusivity strategies within organisations.

Over the past five years, the company has established itself as a leading Culture, Leadership and Inclusivity consultancy by:
- Adopting a value-add and data-driven approach that blends cutting-edge culture and inclusion science with industry best practices.
- Educating over 3,000 professionals on culture, leadership and inclusion topics, contributing to a more informed and inclusive professional landscape.
- Publishing 18 research papers and 4 books, solidifying EG's position at the forefront of culture and inclusivity thought leadership.

In 2023, Hephzi Pemberton transitioned into the role of Chair, paving the way for Sasha Graham, an accomplished Culture and Inclusivity expert with over 15 years of experience in Pedagogy, Finance, and Communications, to step into the role of CEO. Assisting her in steering the company's mission is Simon Norris, as COO. Simon has over 15 years’ experience advising Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
