Simon leads Equality Group’s Executive Search Practice. He has 15 years experience in the Executive Search industry and has spent the past 10 years advising Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, making Board-level appointments in portfolio companies as well as delivering investment team hires. He started his career at PwC where he spent four years in their Business Recovery Services.
Simon is an avid sportsman and can be found with a hockey stick, golf club, cricket bat or squash racket in hand most weekends.

Keon the Head of Research for Equality Group and a Professor of Psychology at Goldsmith University.
Keon - who’s research focuses on prejudice, sexual orientation, and sexual health - has received numerous international awards for his research, teaching, media engagement, and social activism.
He has appeared over 100 times as a psychological expert on media outlets including the BBC World Service, Radio 4, Channel 4 and the Guardian.

Cézanne is PA to Hephzi and Executive Assistant to the Equality Team. She has been with Hephzi prior to the launch of Equality Group after previously working in Finance for over 10 years with experience as an Office Manager/PA.
She provides vital support to Hephzi and the company in an extensive variety of areas including HR and bookkeeping.
Cézanne is a mum to two teenage boys, is a qualified hypnotherapist, and also enjoys the gym and boxing.

Fernando has 10+ years of experience working in the financial industry in a broad array of areas from risk management, and investment product valuations to marketing strategies. He has developed marketing strategies for banks, credit firms and telecom companies.
