DEI Training
In recent years there has been a hyper-focus on unconscious bias training. However, research finds no compelling evidence that long-term effects of diversity training are sustainable. Unconscious bias training, by itself, will not make your company any more diverse or inclusive.
All training is conducted with a value-add approach to DEI.

Sessions are usually 90 minutes and delivered by two Equality Group consultants; one industry expert and one DEI academic.
